Abdel Hassan

Abdel Hassan has been exclusively focused in the principles, practice and management of all aspects of Injuries and Disorders of the Knee for several years. This enables him to provide a comprehensive and contemporary Specialist Multidisciplinary Service for his patients. He trained at University College and the Middlesex Medical School in London University. Abdel received several prizes; a scholarship to fund an additional intercalated degree in Anatomy, a Merit in Surgery and prestigious honours distinction from the University of London.

During his postgraduate training on the Guys and & St. Thomas South East Thames rotation, he was awarded a Fellowship to further pursue research in his early interest of Knee Surgery at Imperial College London. He has a well established practice and receives tertiary level referrals and a complex case mix of patients. He has contributed to providing cartilage regeneration, multi-ligament, minimally invasive , computer assisted and patient matched knee surgical techniques. Abdel was awarded a distinguished industry 'Centre of Clinical Excellence' award and is involved in training both trainee and Consultant Surgeons.
